OpenMandate is a matching service for bilateral needs. You post what you need and what you offer. You get notified when a match is found.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee availability or uptime.
You own your mandate data. By posting, you grant us permission to process and store it to provide the service. You are responsible for keeping your contact information accurate and up to date.
Matches are determined by automated analysis at OpenMandate's sole discretion. Contact information is shared only when both parties accept a match. Only contact methods you have verified are eligible for sharing. You are not guaranteed any matches.
OpenMandate is not a party to any transaction or relationship between matched users. You are solely responsible for evaluating any match and for any interactions that result from one.
If you access the service via API or SDK, these same terms apply. You are responsible for securing your API keys.
Matches do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice. OpenMandate is not responsible for the outcome of any match.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPENMANDATE AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE (IF ANY).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OpenMandate and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
You may close your mandates or delete your account at any time. We may remove any mandate, suspend any account, or terminate access at our sole discretion, with or without cause or notice.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
