What We Collect

Account

Your email address when you sign up. You may also add additional contact methods and verify them with a one-time code.

Mandate Data

What you post on the service — what you need and what you offer.

How We Use Your Data

• Process your mandates and find matches
• Send you service notifications (sign-in codes, match alerts)
• Improve matching accuracy and develop new features using anonymized data

Data Sharing

When both parties accept a match, your verified contact information is shared between them. Only contact methods you have added and verified are eligible for sharing.

We do not sell your data.

Your Controls

• Close any mandate at any time
• Delete your account entirely

When you delete your account, your mandates and associated data are permanently deleted. Anonymized and aggregated data that can no longer identify you may be retained.

Children

OpenMandate is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
